Julian has over 20 yrs Senior Management experience in Technology, Construction, Manufacturing and Services across NZ, Australia and the UK. He has a strong track record of helping business to streamline their systems and operations, adopt new technologies, innovate with their products and services, and improve their financial performance.

Julian has been General Manager of a leading Australasian services company, overseeing 30+ employees and managing a network of 400+ contractors. He has Managed a large Spare Parts wholesale and distribution business and lead the design and development of specialist food processing equipment as well as multiple market-leading commercial appliances. Julian held key roles in the growth of a start-up business that manufactured and exported processing and bottling equipment.  He began his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer in NZ and Australia, before moving to the UK where he successfully ran his own design consultancy. He retuned to NZ in 2009 and completed an MBA at the University of Canterbury.

Julian really enjoys the process of helping businesses to grow.  He likes helping them to understand “why” they are in the business and clarify their goals. He supports them to work out what is holding them back, and also helps them to develop and implement practical strategies that drive business growth and success.

Julian was born and raised in Christchurch and is married with 2 teenage daughters. In his spare time his enjoys Fishing, Mountain Biking, Touch Rugby and music.
